Indicates the distribution of carboxyl flux activator residues on the PCB surface.
Zestron Flux Test
ZESTRON® Flux Test uses a color reaction to identify activators in carboxylic acid-based fluxes. This testing method is an important supplement to ion contamination detection, as invisible residues can be easily detected. Additionally, ZESTRON® Flux Test helps clearly visualize the distribution of contaminants, thereby improving the reliability assessment of components. However, halogenated activator residues cannot be detected by ZESTRON® Flux Test.
